While working on Fire Stick TV Device user may experience various battery and charging related problems possibly by Kindle Fire HD. These issues may come up due to refusal to charge the device, or partial charging or may be slow charging.

There are a couple of things any user should check few things before losing patience and contacting Customer service and support line because sometime issues are just very small but we don’t get to see them.

Sometimes charging with Amazon adaptor cable and the optional charger may take upon 4 hours and trying it from USB plug with computer may take 13.5 hours.
Users may read more about the issues over Amazon forum post.

Solutions and User my look into:

User should press and hold down the power button for nearly 20 seconds to turn the power off and then plugging in the charger again to see if it works.

Please be assured that you use the cable that come with the Kindle Fire Stick HD.
You should be aware about the rating on your charger if you are not using Kindle Power Fast for Accelerated charger.

It takes about 4 hours using the Amazon charger and cable combination to get it full charged.
If you use dual charging feature, it charges slowly.
If you have lower rating charger it will create lot many problems and charging will also be very slow. Some time you can’t even synchronize them together.

Also Try to use the charger with some another device to be assured if it is working at all or not.
Make sure the cable is properly installed and connected between adaptor and device.

If your Kindle Fire HD device has loose port, in that case, you’ll might need to contact Amazon fire Customer Service and to look for a replacement.
